Which will illustrate the entire path of a sales manager — from the basic understanding of selling in the media to concluding contracts with clients
Sales manager in media
— a two-month course in which experts will reveal everything you need to know about media sales;— two-month daily support of mentors from the Make Sense management company, who will literally lead the newly created sales managers by the hand into the world of clients, scripts, concluding contracts;— five practical training blocks, within which trainers will reveal topics: what media sell and how, to whom to sell, how to sell, teach how to use sales tools;— studying the best and analyzing the worst practices within case studies, where participants will work with real cases that happened in practice;— a lot of networking, additional content, constant support and the opportunity to learn from experts who have long built a successful media business.
Why we do it
Before the full-scale war, the Sales manager was one of the most sought-after professions in the media - nationally and regionally. And although the Covid-19 epidemic, which preceded the great war in Ukraine, significantly reduced the volume of the advertising market, sales in the media were still in considerable demand.
The recovery of the advertising market during the epidemic did not have time to end when a full-scale invasion of russia began in Ukraine. Businesses closed, relocated, gave everything to the needs of the army and the military, and, of course, the advertising market declined again. According to sociological research, in 2022 the advertising market will collapse by 81%. But a year later he started to recover again. According to the VRK study, in 2023 the advertising market grew by 77% compared to 2022 and almost reached the pre-war level.
The problem that this project solves is a significant shortage of qualified sales managers in Ukraine. We have no specialized training for this profession, no courses or mentoring to train young professionals. In addition, the profession of a sales manager requires some personal skills for successful contracts: how to work with customers, what tools are available, how and what to sell.

To participate in the course, we are asking not only sales managers, but also the CEO of the editorial office and sales managers. We need this to train the robot more effectively. Details of the treatment of the skin of the participants will be announced shortly.
